Chris Dill is in his 21st year with the Trail Blazers. Dill has served as the lead for the IT team for the past nine years and is currently the VP and CIO. Dill strives to be a forward looking technologist and business person and has made a reputation for himself as a true leader in streamlining operations. Dill is a strategic thinker who is always looking for effective ways to apply technology to help solve business problems. Before coming to the Trail Blazers organization as a computer support specialist and telecommunications manager in 1989, Dill worked for five years with Tektronix.

Within the IT community, Dill serves on numerous committees and leadership groups. Dill was recently given the “Oregon IT Executive of the Year Award” for private companies at the 2009 InnoTech CIO Summit.
