Chuck LoCurto is EVP and CIO of Textron Financial Corporation (TFC). He is the executive sponsor for the Open Source community across the IT function at Textron and is leading efforts to extend Textron’s IT teams into India.

With recent IT re-organizations at Textron, he is now the leader for the newly formed Enterprise Business Solutions team. LoCurto and his team manage an annual budget in excess of $60M. During the infrastructure transformation period, the IT team maintained its overall spending, stabilized the environment and produced financial results that exceeded company expectations. By building an inclusive workforce, he continues to grow the talent of his leadership team, making it his top priority. Before dedicating the past 18 years to TFC, he worked for General Dynamics’ Data Systems Division, where he spent many years in business system development, IT engineering, quality and logistics.

He is on the Board of Directors for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where he serves as the Chairperson of the finance committee and sits on the strategic planning committee. LoCurto also serves as an advisory board member for Year Up, a one-year, intensive training program that provides urban young adults aged 18 – 24 with a unique combination of technical and professional skills, college credits, an educational stipend and corporate apprenticeship.

LoCurto earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has achieved Textron Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
